1. Red Rover – This is one that means everyone gets involved. You divide everybody up into two groups. Then each group forms a line and joins hands and then faces towards the other one. Then the group that has been chosen to go first shouts out together “Red Rover, Red Rover, Send (the name of the person they have selected) Over”. Then the person whose name has been called must run towards the other team’s line and try to break through. If they make it through then the take, one of the other teams players to join their line. However if that person fails to break through then they must join that team.
2. Mummy Wrap – All you need for this is some toilet rolls and people who are willing to make fun of themselves. Get the family members to team up as pairs. If you can make sure that, they team up with a family member who is not actually part of their own family. Then between them, they have to decide who is going to be the mummy and who is going to be the wrapper. Then it is all down to who is the fastest person at wrapping their partner in toilet paper so that they end up resembling a mummy.
